- I would appreciate any and all suggestions for solving the following problem:
- I am using Procomm to logon via modem to a PICK DBSM which has a menu driven
- interface,
- Wintergrade. I have spent some time trying to find the best terminal
- emulation (within Procomm) which
- supplies full functionality.
-
- VIDTEX is close, but, doesn't refresh screens, and interprets and spits out
- some formatting codes (e.g.
- highlight text block) as text, screwing up the display.
-
- ADDS60 is fully functional for the first few screens, then it fails to advance
- the cursor block, leaving it over
- the last character which was typed, thereby obliterating it.
-
- Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
- Or information on the ideal terminal emulation to use?
-
- Thanks for your time.
- Bob
